Belly bumper

A couple of weeks ago I went grocery shopping by myself while Matt stayed home to do yard work. Our grocery store is insanely packed with shoppers all.the.time.

So when it's time to check out, I have to of course wait in a line of at least 4 other shoppers with carts filled to the rim with groceries.

I finally get to the front and unload all my groceries onto the belt - only to realize that due to the increasing size of this basketball I'm carrying in my uterus, I can't fit through the aisle between the checkout belt and candy with the cart there. And I can't move it forward because there is still a lady in line.

So the entire line of "already angry because they have to wait for 4 other shoppers to check out" people behind me all had to back up. The whole line had to back up (with their carts) - so that I could back up, move the cart out of the really skinny aisle, and get in front of it.

It was awesome.
